How to Pick-up Your Rental Equipment

While our rentals require customer pickup by default, we now offer the option for delivery through a 3rd party – learn more here.

After confirming your reservation, we will be available for you to pick up and drop off your rental equipment during specific times only.

Please review our rental agreement document before arrival.

We don’t load and unload your vehicle due to insurance restrictions. Please bring enough help.

Pick-up and drop-off hours are:

• 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 12:00pm, Saturday & Sunday
• no pickups or returns after regular business hours

Equipment returned after closing will incur a $25 late fee. Please remember we are a home-based business and must place reservation online or by phone only.

Please do not leave any equipment outside unless prior arrangements have been made, and please pre-arrange any special pick-up or drop-off days and times with us before your rental.

Once you arrive, please back into the driveway. There is a doorbell on the left hand side of the garage, please ring the bell and we will be right out!

Turn by Turn Directions:

From Southern Blvd & Unser. Head west on Southern Blvd passing Walmart, Tarpon & Lisbon Signals. Look to the left and you will see Gospel Light Baptist Church just past the church get in the left hand turn lane at 15th Street turn left you should see ABC Pre-School. Proceed south about 10 streets to 16th Ave and turn left. It is the first street after a stop sign. We are located about 3/4 of the way down the street on the right side. House has cinderblock wall.

From Unser and Westside Blvd. Head west on Westside Blvd. by the Nusenda Credit Union you will drive about 100ft aim for fire hydrant and you will see 19th street only comes out from the right turn right. At this point you will be on an unpaved road. Go North 3 streets to 16th Ave turn left. Only comes out from the left proceed down the street and we are the 3rd house on the left.

Equipment Return

Your specific rental agreement should make it clear when to drop off your equipment, but our drop-off times are the same as our pick-up times:
