Delivery Window

Deliveries are within a 2–4-hour window. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and prior stops.

Someone 18+ must be present at time of delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
Site Preparation Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, the client must:

Clear a path at least 36 inches wide

Remove pets from delivery area

Unlock gates and provide access codes if needed
-
Ensure surfaces are level and safe

Have setup area ready before arrival
If we arrive and the area is not prepared, additional labor fees may apply.
Surface and Location Rules
Standard delivery includes placement within 30 feet of unloading area. All chairs will be dropped stacked on a mini pallet and must be placed back on the pallet prior to picking up your rentals. We do not setup tables and chairs for you. Setup requires an additional fee.

Pickup Policy

Pickup occurs within the scheduled window.

Equipment must be:

Free of debris

Wiped down

In original location

Equipment returned dirty and not wiped down, will also incur a $25 cleaning fee. This will be strictly enforced. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that we may charge the cleaning fee to the card on file.
If you rented linens, please remove any food, forks, spoons, or napkins by shaking out the tablecloth before you return them to the bag or basket provided to you. Any linens returned damaged or with heavy stains will require an additional cleaning fee. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that we may charge the cleaning fee to the card on file.
Damage & Responsibility

Repairs or replacement will be billed accordingly.
