I used Rio Rancho Party Rentals for my wife’s 30th birthday party. I rented tables, chairs and a hot dog warmer. The ordering process was otherwise smooth, I found navigating the website to be a bit confusing. I called the office to try and place an order over the phone but was directed back to the website for reservations. When I called the main number, the woman I spoke too was very kind and extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure which hot dog warmer was right for my party and she helped talked me through my options! I called back another few times with questions and she was always willing to help and answer any other questions that came up. Pick up and drop off were simply - they helped me load up and take off my vehicle when I arrived. Would absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend.

Such amazing people to rent from! Tables and chairs were perfect for our event. Was running behind on returning everything the next day and they were super understanding and kind about it. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing party rentals!

I’ve used Rio Rancho Party Rentals 3 times this year for various client events. On 2 of those occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was on very, very short notice. They were so ACCOMMODATING AND GRACIOUS that they saved the events for me and my clients. They're under new ownership but I’m so excited about it because they're just as professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly punctual. They’re absolutely carrying on the company legacy and then some! I will be using them for all my client requests whenever possible. Seriously, thank you!
