How to Pick-up Your Rental Equipment
While our rentals require customer pickup by default, we now offer the option for delivery through a 3rd party.
After confirming your reservation, we will be available for you to pick up and drop off your rental equipment during specific times only.
Please review our rental agreement document before arrival.
It is not guaranteed that we will have someone onsite to help load and unload your vehicle. Please bring enough help.
Pick-up and drop-off hours are:
- Monday – Friday by appointment only
- 9:00am – 12:00pm, Saturday & Sunday
- no pickups or returns after regular business hours
Equipment returned after closing will incur a $25 late fee. Equipment returned dirty and not wiped down, will also incur a $25 cleaning fee. This will be strictly enforced. Please remember we are a home-based business and must place reservation online or by phone only.
Please do not leave any equipment outside unless prior arrangements have been made, and please pre-arrange any special pick-up or drop-off days and times with us before your rental. Once you arrive, please back into the driveway.
Equipment Return
Your specific rental agreement should make it clear when to drop off your equipment, but our drop-off times are the same as our pick-up times:
