How to Pick-up Your Rental Equipment
After confirming your reservation, we will be available for you to pick up and drop off your rental equipment during the time you selected. All of our rentals are for overnight. For example, if you are picking up your rentals on Saturday, they will be due back on Sunday before 12 pm!
Pick up and drop offs Monday-Friday are by appointment only! Saturday and Sunday is based on availability, anytime between 9am-12pm.
We are located at 1601 Grande Blvd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 on the corner of 16th Ave. and Grande Blvd.
Once you arrive, please back into the driveway that faces east in front of the double garage doors. We encourage you to back in as close to the door as possible so that it is easy for you to load and unload your vehicle. It is not guaranteed that we will have someone onsite to help load and unload your vehicle. Please bring enough help.
Please do not ring the house doorbell! The homeowner is no longer affiliated with Rio Rancho Party Rentals, and we wish to respect their privacy.

Equipment Return
Equipment returned dirty and not wiped down, will also incur a $25 cleaning fee. This will be strictly enforced. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that we may charge the cleaning fee to the card on file.
If you rented linens, please remove any food, forks, spoons, or napkins by shaking out the tablecloth before you return them to the bag or basket provided to you. Any linens returned damaged or with heavy stains will require an additional cleaning fee. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that we may charge the cleaning fee to the card on file.
Your specific rental agreement should make it clear when to drop off your rentals, but your drop-off time are the same as our pick-up time unless prior arrangements have been made. No returns will be accepted after 12 pm on Saturday or Sunday.
Please do not leave any equipment outside unless prior arrangements have been made, and please pre-arrange any special pick-up or drop-off days and times with us before your rental.
