How to Pick-up Your Rental Equipment
After confirming your reservation, we will be available for you to pick up and drop off your rental equipment during specific times only. It is recommended that you pay your outstanding balance via the link in your confirmation email prior to your pickup time, unless you are paying cash. We no longer accept personal checks.
Please review and sign our rental agreement document before arrival.
Once you arrive, please back into the driveway that faces east in front of the double garage doors. We encourage you to back in as close to the door as possible so that it is easy for you to load and unload your vehicle.
It is not guaranteed that we will have someone onsite to help load and unload your vehicle. Please bring enough help.
Please do not ring the house doorbell. The homeowner is no longer affiliated with Rio Rancho Party Rentals, and we wish to respect their privacy.

- Monday – Friday by appointment only
- 9:00am – 12:00pm, Saturday & Sunday
- no pickups or returns after regular business hours
Please do not leave any equipment outside unless prior arrangements have been made, and please pre-arrange any special pick-up or drop-off days and times with us before your rental.
Equipment Return
Equipment returned dirty and not wiped down, will also incur a $25 cleaning fee. This will be strictly enforced.
If you rented linens, please remove any food, forks, spoons, or napkins by shaking out the tablecloth before you return them to the bag or basket provided to you.
Your specific rental agreement should make it clear when to drop off your equipment, but our drop-off times are the same as our pick-up times unless prior arrangements have been made. Our hours are:
